SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States — including PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Carrier & Service
All orders ship via UPS Ground a reliable service that typically arrives within 2–5 business days after we hand your package to UPS.

Processing time
Orders placed Monday–Friday usually ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm PT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number so you can follow its glamorous journey home.

Address changes & delivery issues
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate your package, contact UPS first, then email us within 7 days at concierge@kellygolightly.com so we can assist.

Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email concierge@kellygolightly.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your dress. If you don’t, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of scents or marks
  • With all original tags attached and in original packaging

How to start a return or exchange
Email concierge@kellygolightly.com with your order number, which item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. If you’d like to make an exchange, let us know the size or color you’d prefer.

Return shipping

We’ll email you a prepaid UPS label.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color within the U.S., subject to availability. Your exchange will ship once the original item is received back at our studio.

Refunds
Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

Holiday & promotional periods
During peak times, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If your order used a limited-time promotion, we’ll honor the amount paid when issuing refunds.
